Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a full-body functional mobility restoration system. FST can be used by anybody to mitigate chronic pain, optimize sport performance and daily living, and improve the bodies natural healing capabilities. FST offers a host of benefits including but not limited to joint, nerve and myofascial decompression, trigger point and tissue densification release, relaxation, decreased mental stress, improvement of sleep, digestion and energy, increase range of motion, increase strength and improve balance. FST can be used post-activity to down regulate the nervous system for improved regeneration, or used pre-activity to up-regulate the nervous system to prepare you for activity. we always program stability back into the client after the FST session as this helps the client keep their new-found ranges of motion for longer, and eventually permanently.

FOR BOTH THE CLIENT AND THE THERAPIST. THE MORE RELAXED YOU ARE, THE MORE EFFECTIVE THE STRETCHES WILL BE.

JUST BREATHE.

BREATH IS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF AN FST SESSION, BOTH THE THERAPIST AND CLIENTS BREATHS SHOULD BE IN SYNC, IN ORDER TO ACHEIVE OPTIMAL STRETCHING.

We offer standalone or packaged mobility/movement coaching, where we teach self-mobilization techniques, stretches, and functional movement re-education.
